Named after our skilled Japanese Ramen head chef who traveled all over Japan to find the most delicious ramen recipes and inspired the restaurant’s creation, Tanaka Ramen seeks to serve delicious traditional flavors in a chic modern environment. Our goal is to let our customers have the most authentic delicious Japanese Ramen without going to Japan.
